Repaired Our Water Heater

My husband called because our water heater was not working. After calling another place his was the best price. Mark was able to come out a few hours later on a Saturday evening. He was professional, kind and knowledgeable and he fixed our problem quickly! We will definitely call him again if needed and we'll recommend him to our friends.

Repaired Bathroom Leak

We called Chuck early on a Saturday morning after we woke up to a leak in the upstairs bathroom that was dripping through our ceiling. We called him and he said that he'd bought out within the hour, which he was. He fixed the issue, clearly explained the problem, and he was done within an hour or so. Very professional. It can be scary calling someone on a Saturday with a plumbing emergency because you expect to get ripped off, but he was not that way. I highly recommend MB plumbing.

Heater Repair

This company is truly concerned with helping the consumer. Our heater quit working and we called another company out first who told us our heater could not be fixed and that we needed a new unit which would cost us $7k. And of course charge us a service call of $65. We then called MB Plumbing and they sent Warren out who has 30 plus years of experience and he fixed our heater for $189. Wow! What a difference. This place is a gem and I would recommend them to everyone who has an issue with their heater or air conditioner.

Repaired A/C, Installed Faucets, and Fixed Leaks

I have been using MB Plumbing for years. Mark and his staff have repaired our A/C, put in new faucets in our bathroom and Kitchen, fixed plumbing leaks and unclogged our kitchen drain. Fixed A/C Thermostat

We had some problems with the upstairs AC thermostat panel not turning on. MB was able to have someone come out the same day I called! So thankful they were able to come so quickly. Gabriel was very kind and informative on what the issue was in my home. The problem was fixed in a timely manner and Gabriel made a few recommendations on how to keep my AC working properly. I will be choosing MB for our future needs!

Tankless Water Heater Install

Have had the setup for just over a month, so have been able to test the heating, tankless water heater, and today it got above the 90 degree mark, so now have been able to see how the A/C works when needed. All have been working great, and so glad I had the furnace/air handler moved to the garage. Combined with the variable speed motor on the air handler, I can barely hear it running, and I even have the door right next to it open into the house from garage.

Fixed Leaking Valve

Mark and his staff are always professional and polite. I had a leaking valve on my outdoor pool shower and I had been using a bucket to catch the water. This got old having to empty a five gallon bucket on a daily basis. I called and Mark Ballard himself personally came and took care of it for me. Reasonable prices, no hidden charges, and that great customer service I mentioned earlier. We have also used MB for our HVAC system as well with the same experience. Great company, great people.

Asbestos Removal & New Ducting

We had used MB before for plumbing issues so when we needed a new HVAC system choosing MB was a no brainer. We needed extensive work including asbestos removal and new ducting. MB handled the scheduling for everything. Everyone was professional and on time. Looking forward to a nice cool summer!!

HVAC System Replacement

We actually used this company a few years ago to replace our HVAC system on a two story house we lived in, I must've forgotten to review at the time! I've recommended this company to several people over the past few years and will continue to. They were professional and punctual, and did the work at HALF the cost other companies bid (our system went out on Memorial Day, so I'm sure the other companies were trying to gouge us since we needed to replaced immediately during the summer.) After they completed the work, they cleaned up everything and left the house and garage exactly how they found it. I've dealt with a lot of contractors over the past 10 years, none have been as good as MB!

I am absolutely happy that I chose MB Plumbing Heating & AC for my new A/C Unit because their team is so pro-active and will do their best to accommodate customer's requests. I wanted my A/C installed in just a few days (2 days) and Gabriel Grihalva went out of his way, stepped up the plate to make it happen. Audrey is also highly instrumental in moving people. I love the fact that there are still people who are dedicated to their jobs and conduct themselves with honesty and compassion. They definitely exceeded my expectations.

Main Line Sewer Block

Never had a bad experience with this company! Most recently had a main line sewer block requiring extensive work and clean out install. The gentlemen who repaired our line were timely, communicative, and did fantastic work. They were also respectful of our neighbor, whose property sits partly atop our outlet.
